DELIVERY & RETURNS
We deliver your order directly to your shipping address. Orders received before 2.00pm for items that are in stock, will be despatched the same day for next day delivery. This may vary for items that are delivered outside the UK mainland, Scotland and Northern Ireland.
Delivery is £25.00 flat rate on smaller items and £75 flat rate on larger items. Your order will reflect one or the other automatically.
Some items such as SKYFORCE Juliet balconies are delivered free in most of the UK with some exclusions such as Northern Ireland, Scotland and parts of Kent & Cornwall. In these areas, a £100 shipping charge will be applied.
Bulky, complicated or long products may carry an additional delivery charge. Please enquire with our sales team about this.
Once the goods are despatched they are insured against any transport risks without any additional cost to you. Should the goods be damaged on delivery please sign the proof of delivery note as damaged. Please then contact our sales office immediately. We will arrange for the good to be collected and for replacement goods to be delivered to you. Notification of our sales office should be no more than 5 days from the date of delivery.
Subject to the terms of this clause 12, goods ordered incorrectly or ordered in excess of the amount required may be returned provided that they are unused, in their origin packaging and in good condition.
There will be a minimum collection charge to cover the cost of collecting goods and returning them to our warehouse of £50. This may increase for bulky or long products or for goods that are collected from a location that is more than 50 miles from our warehouse where the cost will be the cost of our collection. Where we have been requested to collect goods, the risk of those goods being damaged when collected and retuned to us is with the customer.
In addition there will be a restocking fee of 30% of the value of the order plus VAT. All goods to be returned must be packed securely and clearly labelled with your name and number.
Glass cannot be returned or the cost refunded after it has gone into production and/or delivered.
No goods can be returned more than a month after they have been delivered.
All damaged goods must be returned within 14 days of the date of delivery. Provided that they are signed for as damaged and returned to us, replacement goods will be dispatched within 14 days of receipt of the damaged goods by the Company.
Bespoke goods cannot be returned unless their manufacture is not in accordance with agreed terms. This includes (but is not limited to) products that have been cut, powder coated, mirror polished, welded or drilled.
