The vast majority of our metal work is sold from stock. We deliver anywhere in the UK and the Republic of Ireland. Our lead times are as follows:
Parcel sized deliveries in boxes are delivered on the next working day if ordered before 1pm. A tracking service is provided with your order.
Bulky items are delivered within 1 to 3 days
Fabricated items are delivered within 1 to 5 days depending on the complexity of the work involved
Saturday deliveries are available. There is a small premium to pay depending on the dimensions of the order. Our sales team can advise you on this.
Our glass is manufactured to your exact dimensions. Lead time on glass is usually between 1 and 3 weeks. After you have placed your glass order, will give you a date for delivery and then contact you again the working day before delivery with the drivers name and number and an ETA for the delivery.
Portia Juliet Balcony
Our Portia Juliet balcony system is a framed Juliet balcony and is one of our most popular styles of Juliet balcony.
The glass is framed by a slotted tube which is fixed in each corner of the balcony. It is supplied with a rubber gasket which sits between the tube and the glass. We can supply fixings for the vast majority of surfaces. The glass thickness required is 12mm toughened glass although the system can also accomadate 13.5mm toughened laminate glass (two pieces of 6mm toughened glass bonded together by a 1.5mm interlayer).
As standard, they are supplied in a satin stainless steel outside grade finish. They can be powder coated on request. If your balustrade is being installed near to a swimming pool or a within five miles of the sea, we would recommend that your point fixings are either mirror polished or powder coated to prevent the stainless steel from discolouring and pitting.
